If you are receiving an error in your integration with Bitsight, please reach out to Bitsight Support and provide the following information:
- The name of the integration
- The version in use
- The full error message
- The last four characters of the API token used for the integration.
- If this is not a Company API Token, please also specify the user that created the token.
- Have there been any recent changes made to the integration? If so, what were they?
- Any pertinent logs
Having this information in your email will help us troubleshoot the issue more quickly.
