If you are receiving an error in your integration with Bitsight, please reach out to Bitsight Support and provide the following information:
- The name of the integration.
- The version in use.
- The full error message.
- The last four characters of the Company or User API token used for the integration. If this is a User API Token, please specify the user that created it.
- Any recent changes made to the integration.
- Any pertinent logs.
Having this information in your email will help us troubleshoot the issue faster.
