How to Change Subscription from Total Risk Monitoring and Risk Monitoring to My Subsidiary

If you currently subscribe to a company with a Total Risk Monitoring or Risk Monitoring subscription and you want to switch it to a My Subsidiary subscription, you can follow these steps:

1. Locate the company on the Continuous Monitoring application.
2. Tick the checkbox -> Actions -> Change Subscriptions.

You must contact Support to remove My Subsidiary subscriptions. Follow the instructions in How to remove a My Subsidiary subscription.

My Subsidiary Subscriptions and Rating Bundles

A rating bundle is a group of related companies in a Ratings Tree. A subscription to any company within a rating bundle allows the subscriber to see the ratings and findings details of all other companies in the bundle, but does not include all the capabilities that are available with a My Subsidiary subscription.

If a self-published company is not included in a rating bundle, you’ll need to subscribe to it with a My Subsidiary subscription to get full access to its data.
