Troubleshooting
If you do not receive an email after requesting a password reset, please review the questions below to see if any of these are applicable:
- Is the email in your Spam or Trash folder?
- Is SAML enabled for your portal?
- If so, the password cannot be reset through the Bitsight platform. Make sure that you are using your Bitsight SP-initiated login URL for logging in; if you are not sure what it is, reach out to your Admin.
- Are you a new user without an account set up?
- In this case, reach out to your Admin so they can add you to the platform.
