If you can't log in to your account, you can request to reset your Bitsight password via the following link: https://service.bitsighttech.com/accounts/password/reset/
. To reset your password, enter the email address you use to sign in into the field on the page and select Send. A reset password link will be sent to that address.
You can reset your ThirdPartyTrust password via the following link: https://app.thirdpartytrust.com/forgot
.
Troubleshooting
If you do not receive an email after requesting a password reset, please check to see if the following situations apply:
- Is the email in your Spam or Trash folder?
- Is SAML enabled for your company? If so, the password cannot be reset through the Bitsight platform. Make sure that you are using your Bitsight SP-initiated login URL for logging in; if you are not sure what it is, reach out to your Admin.
- Are you a new user without an account set up? Reach out to your Admin so they can add you to the platform
