My Subsidiary subscriptions can only be removed by our Support team. To remove a My Subsidiary subscription, please create a support ticket with the following details:
- The name of the company you want to remove the subscription from.
- Confirmation that the request is being made by an admin account user.
Removing a company from your portfolio will also delete all associated company information, including tier, custom ID, and other details.
