Add a User Jessica Add a New User to your Account Navigate to the Users Tab tab in the Access Control page [ Settings ➔ Access Control ➔ Users]. Select Add User. Enter the user’s email address and name in the blank fields on the Details tab. Use the Groups dropdown menu to assign a user to a specific Access Control Group. If a user is not assigned to a group, they will be automatically assigned to the default group. This is the “All Companies” group by default, with access to all companies in your portfolio Use the Role dropdown menu to modify the user’s role. On the Contact Type tab, choose whether this user should receive collaboration invitations sent to your company. Select Create. See user management and Users tab permissions.If a user is not able to activate their account, go to Options ➔ Resend Welcome Email to resend the welcome email that includes their activation link.You can add as many users or administrators as you’d like. You may create up to 300 users per month. If you've reached the allocated users for the month, you may create more in the following month or request to immediately create more users by contacting Bitsight Support.Add a user in Trust Management Hub (TMH)Only admin can manage users. See permissions. Click on User Management in the left-hand sidebar Use the Add User button at the top-right. Required fields include: Name, Email, Role (drop-down menu) Click Add User. Guidance on TMH Roles 'Admin' role can add, modify, and delete users as well as manage all documents and customer connections. They can also access and manage the Vendor Risk Management application, if your company has that product. 'Operations' role can manage all documents and customer connections. They can also access and manage the Vendor Risk Management application. 'TMH Access Only Operations' role can manage all documents and customer connections. 'TMH Access Only Sales' role can initiate connections to share documents with customers and view documents and questionnaires. 'View Only' role can view but not edit documents, questionnaires, and customer connections. They can also view but not edit information in the Vendor Risk Management application. Adding users for organizations who use SAML for authenticationIf your company uses SAML for authentication, access is controlled by your Identity Provider (IdP). BitSight Support and your BitSight Admins cannot add or modify users when user management is delegated to the IdP.
